The dawn of passion to edify deprived and needy pupils was encompassed in the mid of 1983 in the name of 'Lokmanya Tilak Jankalyan Shikshan Sanstha'(LTJSS) at Nagpur, a leading educational institute of Vidarbha in Central India.
